Location 1-Beckenham Place:
Beckenham Place Mansion is our recommended location for our horror trailer. This location would be used for texture shots but we would also be using the inside of the house as the decor and decay of some rooms and the walls give off a rather ominous vibe and would be very effective in our trailer. The majoirty of the trailer will be filmed in here. We will be filming a

Risk Assessment:
Upon entering the mansion, there is a sign that says "risk of falling masonry" and doesn't permit entry past that point. This could really be a serious hazard as first of all, it puts people at risk of falling over and hurting themselves. Furthermore, equipment could also be damaged should anyone fall over. Therefore, we will follow the signs warnings and not go past that point, it shouldn't be much of an issue anyway because we will be inside for most of the filming so this isn't so much of a very dangerous hazard.

These steps lead towards the basement and are very small and steep. The railings are very small so it is easy for someone to fall off of them should they not be careful. This can affect any actors running up and down the steps as well as anyone holding any equipment such as the camera person so one must be careful when traversing these stairs. To ensure safety, more than one person will be holding any equipment as to be extra careful and they will travel up and down very slowly.

Location 2- Outskirts of Ingress Abbey
Ingress abbey forest is our second location that we will we include in our trailer. This location will not be used as much as a large majority of the trailer takes place within the mansion, not outside. This location will be mainly used for texture shots and a few small shots for the montage. I believed that the woodlands area as well as the old decimated Victorian structures could make for a very ominous and creepy setting. This scene variety would also keep the trailer from being visually dull as there would be more areas to appreciate. The are

Risk Assessment:
The forest in the surrounding area has trees with plenty of falling twigs, conkers and rocks from the cliff side next to it, with a clear sign warning you of this danger. This could potentially damage the equipment such as the camera as a rock my fall on it. The best way to prevent this from happening would be to have someone behind the cameraman looking out for any falling objects and informing them to move out of the way.

There are various rocks and small worn out structures around the ground which could be a real tripping hazard. This puts people at risk of being injured or hurting themselves, as well as dropping any equipment such as camera and make-up. However, those most at risk are the actors who will be running and moving a lot and they may not see the these structures. The best way to prevent this from happening would be to put out notes or signs are potential hazards so then any member of the production team can be wary of them.
